Education (preK-12)

Education (preK-12)

Education has been one of Koya’s primary areas of focus since our founding in 2004. We have had the privilege of partnering with a wide range of organizations focused on K-12 education, education reform, college readiness, and early learning.

We have extensive experience working with private, charter networks, college readiness programs, public schools and school districts, and education funders to identify transformational leaders across a spectrum of roles and functional areas. Our team understands the complexities of the education sector, from resource constraints to shifting national policy to the challenges of closing the achievement gap and ensuring educational opportunities for all children.

Selected Clients

We are proud to have worked with the selected education clients listed below and many more.

“Koya [team members] were amazing partners for us at OneGoal. At the center of their approach was respect. They got to know our mission, model, and community at a personal level, and they upheld a values-based search process at every step. The prospects we engaged, the team members who participated, and the friends they reached out to in order to fuel the search all felt respected and valued along the way. Above all else, it felt like they were a part of our team at every turn. They led our search in the midst of a CEO transition and not once did they question our changes or quiver when we had to pivot. At the end, we hired an amazing leader and could not have done it without them.”
