Arts & Culture

Koya has extensive experience partnering with leading arts and cultural organizations, including museums, botanical gardens, schools of art and design, associations advancing the arts, and the funders that support this work.

Our internal experts understand the unique dynamics of this sector, from the need to increase diversity in leadership to changing audience demographics and a limited pool of qualified candidates for the ever-increasing number of leadership roles created by a generation of retiring executives. Our arts and cultural experts have experience working with institutions across the country and a highly relevant network of candidates who are equipped to lead through the challenges these organizations face today and into the future.

Selected Clients

We are proud to have worked with the selected arts and culture clients listed below and many more.

We are proud to have placed hundreds of transformational leaders with clients across the country and around the world. We support and celebrate these leaders as they continue to create a deep and measurable impact on our world.

The Prize takes its name from the Pritzker family, whose international business interests are headquartered in Chicago. Their name is synonymous with Hyatt Hotels located throughout the world. The Pritzkers have long been known for their support of educational, scientific, medical, and cultural activities. Jay and Cindy Pritzker founded the Prize in 1979. They believed that a meaningful prize would encourage and stimulate not only a greater public awareness of the importance of architecture but also inspire greater creativity within the architectural profession. The Hyatt Foundation’s sole function is to sponsor the Pritzker Architecture Prize.  It is governed by a self-perpetuating Board consisting of Cindy Pritzker, Margot Pritzker, Tom Pritzker and Allen Turner.
