As a Research Consultant, Vicky supports search teams by developing and implementing research-based strategies for Koya’s executive searches.
Prior to joining Koya, Vicky worked in affordable housing where she utilized her knowledge of social service organizations to the benefit of low-income housing communities she worked with, advocated on their behalf, and helped preserve their tenancy. She deeply values her experiences in housing which have given her a strong appreciation for community and the power within a relationship to transform lives. Outside of work, Vicky’s first love and passion is music, and enjoys time practicing the piano. She also knows how to knit and crochet, and can usually be found carrying yarn with her.
Vicky received her B.A. in Psychology at Suffolk University. She went on to earn her M.S.W. at Boston University where she completed a subspecialization in gerontology and macro social work. She is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
