Manager, Research and Diversity Engagement
As Research and Diversity Engagement Manager, Sayda is responsible for developing and implementing research-based strategies to source candidates for Koya’s executive searches. Working closely with search teams, she develops a robust pipeline of prospects for search opportunities. Sayda also spearheads efforts to identify and cultivate relationships with key diversity affinity and affiliate groups.
Sayda joined Koya in 2016 as a Research Associate. Prior to joining Koya, she was Media Training Coordinator for Women’s Media Center in Washington, D.C. where she organized national training programs for women around the country. As an advocate for diversity and inclusivity, Sayda has worked extensively and proactively at several nonprofits focusing specifically on fundraising, community outreach and recruitment.
Sayda is an alumna of the AmeriCorps Vista’s program and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Moravian College.
