Michaela works closely with Koya’s Finance, Operations, and Human Resources teams. She provides critical support to our client-facing professionals and helps to implement operational systems and processes that scale effectively and seamlessly.
Prior to joining Koya Leadership Partners, Michaela held various Human Resource positions within the biotech industry, most recently with Mitra Biotech. Her various responsibilities included the development of internal on-boarding processes, establishing policies and procedures companywide, and managing benefit plans. Earlier in her career, she led and collaborated on special projects at Enzymatics, playing a lead role during an acquisition in successfully transitioning, developing and implementing standard practices and procedures.
Michaela has participated in various community service projects and activities. As the site representative for a companywide community service committee, she coordinated and participated in regular donation drives and volunteer opportunities with Beverly Bootstraps.
Michaela holds a BS in Business Administration from Salem State University.
