As a Research Consultant, Libby focuses on search execution and knowledge management. She partners with search teams to develop and implement research-based strategies for Koya’s executive searches.
Prior to Koya, Libby worked in talent acquisition and human resources at Cogo Labs, a technology start-up incubator. In this role, she focused on implementing data-driven strategies to ensure the best possible candidate experience.
Previously, Libby engaged with and supported grassroots donors at ActBlue, a nonprofit organization empowering small-dollar donors through innovative fundraising software. She also served as a Westmoreland Volunteer Corps member at So Others Might Eat, where she led advocacy groups, supported fundraising efforts and advocated for policies and programs to serve the needs of people facing homelessness in the Washington, D.C area.
Libby earned her B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University.
