Consultant, Executive Search
Based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Libby specializes in recruiting senior executives for nonprofits and social enterprises nationwide with a particular focus on environmental and conservation organizations. She supports all aspects of the search process, with a focus on managing candidate development.
Libby joined Koya as a Research Associate, where she partnered with search teams to strategically cultivate robust talent pipelines. With her research background, Libby is intentional and well-versed in identifying and sourcing a diverse pool of candidates and connectors.
Prior to Koya, Libby worked in talent acquisition and human resources at Cogo Labs, a technology start-up incubator. She began her career as a Corps Member at So Others Might Eat, a community-based service organization serving D.C. residents experiencing homelessness and poverty.
A lover of the outdoors, Libby is committed to increasing equity in outdoor recreation. She and her team at Koya have placed leaders at National Recreation Foundation, The Wilderness Society, Outdoor Industry Association, NOLS, and the American Alpine Club, among others.
Libby earned her BA in Political Science from Tufts University.
