As Managing Director, Executive Search at Koya, Erin conducts searches for leading mission-driven clients across the nonprofit sector. With a prior career in community development finance and a strong search background, Erin enjoys establishing strong client relationships that result in exceptional placed candidates for her searches.

Erin has led searches for many clients including The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, The Opportunity Alliance, Financial Health Network and Root Cause, among others.  She has conducted more than 150 searches for many CEO and senior level searches across the sector.

Given her background, Erin has a particular expertise leading searches for Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and other organizations working in community development/affordable housing. In addition, Koya Leadership Partners is a sponsor of the Opportunity Finance Network conference each year and maintains a strong network in the space.

Prior to joining Koya, Erin worked for Commongood Careers for six years. There, she managed over 140 searches for nonprofit clients across the country.

Erin also worked for 11 years at the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation. In this capacity, she oversaw multifamily development that resulted in the financing and construction of over 200 new affordable housing units annually as well as the preservation and renovation of 2,000 existing affordable housing units annually.

Erin’s background also includes work in nonprofit public relations, community outreach, research, and special projects.

Erin serves on the Board of Directors for AFFIRM (American Foundation for Firearm Injury Reduction in Medicine), a nonprofit founded by doctors to bring the collective power of the medical community to bear on the epidemic of gun violence in this country.

Erin holds a B.A. in Political Science from The College of the Holy Cross. She earned an M.P.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
