At Koya, Domino focuses on leading senior-level searches for mission-driven clients, Her areas of focus span the nonprofit sector, including philanthropy, arts and culture, advocacy/social justice, and social services. Her longstanding interest in youth, women, and girls guides much of her work today.
Representative clients include the Greater Chicago Food Depository, The Chicago Network, Lemann Foundation, and the National Safety Council.
Prior to joining Koya, Domino was an Engagement Manager with PierceGray, an executive search firm specializing in commercial and operations leadership roles in private equity portfolio companies. She worked across industries including healthcare, consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, industrial manufacturing, and energy for clients ranging in size from $20 million to $9 billion.
Domino started her career at Academic Approach, a boutique tutoring firm in Chicago focused on standardized testing. She served as Director of Programs, leading client services and managing programs for hundreds of students. In that role, she matched clients with tutors who best suited their learning needs. She started as a Tutor at Kenwood Academy, a Chicago Public Magnet School, before moving into management.
Open to new experiences, Domino lived abroad in Rheinzabern, Germany after graduating from college. She also studied abroad at the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
With a strong commitment to civic engagement, Domino spent several years as a Medical Advocate with the YWCA. She also volunteers with AmeriCorps with Resume Workshops and the Summer Mentor’s Program.
Domino received her BA with honors in drama with a minor in geography from Vassar College.
