Anne specializes in recruiting Presidents, CEOs, Executive Directors, CFOs and other senior executives to mission-driven organizations across the country. She partners with a wide range of institutions including foundations, museums and cultural institutions, conservation and environmental organizations, health and human service organizations and beyond.
Anne has led and co-led searches for the Obama Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, the Fidelity Foundations, the Field Foundation, Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation, the Hudson-Webber Foundation and the Chicago Foundation for Women, among others. Outside of philanthropy, Anne has partnered with a range of organizations including Arts Midwest, Chicago Botanic Garden, the Naples Botanical Garden, Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, The Newark Museum, The New Bedford Whaling Museum, The Latin School, the United Way and others to recruit CEO’s and other senior leaders.
Before joining Koya, Anne worked for a retained executive search firm and specialized in assignments for clients in the Insurance and Industrial Manufacturing industries.
Prior to her career in executive search, Anne was with the Kellogg Center for Nonprofit Management at Northwestern University. At Kellogg, she managed executive education programming focused on leadership development, fundraising, innovation, marketing and strategic planning for senior executives of local, regional and national nonprofit organizations.
Anne earned her BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois-Chicago.
