Alicia engages with mission-driven organizations and talented leaders across the country. She supports the portfolio of Koya’s executive-level searches, partnering with clients across various sectors and cultivating highly-skilled candidates for diverse organizations.
At Koya, Alicia has led senior-level searches for organizations like the New England Aquarium, Food & Water Watch, and Pacific Whale Foundation. Guiding her work at Koya is a long-standing interest in the environment, social services, and philanthropy space.
Prior to joining Koya, Alicia worked for Youth Villages as a Human Capital Manager and Recruiting Supervisor where she managed staffing and talent development for seven programs in the Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Mississippi markets.
Alicia began her career in higher education, focused on student recruitment, leadership, and training at Brown University, Providence College, University of Massachusetts (Dartmouth), and Salve Regina University.
Alicia holds a BA degree in Political Science and History from Salve Regina University. She earned an MA in Counseling from Rhode Island College and an MA in History from Providence College. In addition to her academic credentials, Alicia is also a certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR).
