Little League International is currently seeking a senior human resources leader who will take responsibility for the development and management of the human resources function that supports the organization’s mission, values, and operational strategy as it currently evolves and expands across its global footprint. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Executive, People & Culture will be a leader across its 85 full-time employees, and an experienced human resources and talent management executive who has led cultural change in a mission-led environment.
As a thought partner and collaborator, the Senior Executive, People & Culture will have the ability to command the respect of, and work effectively with, the Board of Directors, the President and CEO, a leadership team and colleagues with diverse human resources and talent acquisition needs. This position will work closely with the CEO and his leadership team to further develop and implement effective people strategies and tactics to support and enable execution of the organization’s strategic objectives. With the human resources team to help guide strategically, execute operationally and foster a culture of functional integration, the Senior Executive will help to advance Little League’s efforts to become a high-performance organization that is fueled by a skilled, engaged and diverse global workforce, and supported by a vibrant culture that is people-centric, transparent and forward-thinking. A focus on excellence will elevate Little League’s talent acquisition efforts to build a structure that will position the organization as an employer of choice and implementing a “best in class” philosophy and approach will optimize and advance additional human resources activities in organizational development, talent development/performance management, compensation and benefits, strategic workforce planning, learning & development, employee relations, legal and regulatory compliance, change management, Diversity & Inclusion and human resource systems.
