Based in Chicago, IL, the Chief Human Resource Officer will be a thoughtful problem solver who supports NEF’s organizational growth and builds and implements its leadership and talent strategy. The CHRO will lead the organization’s initiatives and activities regarding talent recruitment, management and retention; diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI); skill building and capacity; performance evaluation; and will oversee benefit programs and employment compliances.
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CHRO will ensure that this vision is fully aligned with overall organizational strategy and values. This vision for talent will seek to inspire staff members to do their absolute best work while simultaneously allowing them to bring their best and most authentic selves to work each day.
