The Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago (MCA) joins today’s artists and audiences in courageous pursuit of a creative and inclusive future.

The Alsdorf Chief Curator (“Chief Curator”) expands the reach, relevance and impact of the MCA’s artistic contributions. The Chief Curator oversees the Artistic Division (“AD”), providing vision, direction, coherence and leadership for the artistic functions of the museum. This includes the exhibitions and programs of the Visual Arts, Learning, Performance and Public Practice departments, in alignment with the MCA’s Principles of Revelatory Art, Social Belonging and Purpose-Driven Operations and in service to the MCA’s operational absolutes of Equity and Sustainability, which can be found here.
