Our products

We launched our first homebuyer education course in 2012 using a superior curriculum, personalized learning technology, and the support of our network—lenders, brokers, and nonprofit partners—who believed in our vision for change.

Since our inception, we have shifted the landscape of homebuyer education, reaching 800,000+ homebuyers, and we are just getting started.

This past year has been very important for Framework.

We are seeing the continued success of our online course and we have launched a new initiative designed to provide even more support for both prospective homebuyers and homeowners:

Our latest app, Keep Home, is the first independent mobile app dedicated to empowering first-time and first-generation homebuyers through the entire homeownership journey. Our innovative technology platform provides user with education, resources, advice and explicit tools designed to support a lifetime of smart homeownership.

Now, Framework is seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to oversee our business growth and accelerate our impact. The CGO is a new role and will be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

The Opportunity

The Chief Growth Officer will lead Framework’s revenue generation and business development efforts, play a key role in business innovation and strategy, and lead a “growth team” of business development, partnerships, and marketing professionals. As a key thought partner to the CEO, the CGO works in close collaboration with the other members of the Senior Leadership Team, including the CFO and CTO, and interfaces with a passionate and involved Board.  A bold thinker and strategic “hands-on” executor, the CGO will live at the nexus of marketing and business development by setting cohesive, large-scale strategy for product development and brand efforts.

The CGO will be responsible for overseeing revenue generation processes, including business development, partnership exploration, partner support, sales coaching, product pricing, and growth marketing across all Framework platforms (Homebuyer Course, Internally the CGO will lead a growing team of 10 dedicated and talented professionals, including partnerships, business development, and marketing, to achieve short and long-term business goals, leading to expanded reach, diversified revenue streams, and mission-aligned impact.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Co-design Framework’s vision for growth (of business and impact), with CEO and SLT, including the development of strategic growth plans and financial roadmaps; be directly responsible for the activation of this vision.
  • Develop and lead our revenue generation and business development strategy and efforts.
  • Work closely with the CTO and Head of Product to cohesively approach product innovation, development, marketing, and sales.
  • Act as key thought-partner to CEO and member of the Leadership Team on company oversight.
  • Lead with a strong data and analysis orientation and a proven ability to drive development decisions and achieve strategic objectives and positioning Framework for growth.


  • Identify and execute on innovative ways to grow business, impact, platforms, and partnerships.
  • Be a lead individual contributor on revenue generation.
  • Lead and oversee all sponsored programs, corporate alliance, and brand initiatives, pioneering new strategies and tactics for collaboration and financial growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Working closely with the CFO, measure and analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize our business growth and revenue strategy.
  • Execute a comprehensive, highly collaborative and quantitative approach to deliver sustainable revenue to enable growth in products, programs, and partnerships.

Candidate Profile

Deeply mission-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, the ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience leading business growth – ideally in a social impact, B-Corp, and/or complex professional services and/or start-up environment. The ideal CGO will join us with an understanding of the social impact space, partnership development strategy, sustainable growth planning, and revenue generation and will have a proven track record scaling a high-growth company and/or start-up enterprise. Reporting directly to the CEO, Danielle Samalin, the next CGO will be experienced working cross-functionally with different platforms to create a cohesive growth plan, and proven success selling across a portfolio of complex services is required.

The right candidate will understand the difference between selling for the sake of sales and value creation for stakeholders – the intersection of social mission, business, and consumer value.  Knowledge of homeownership or mortgage industry is a plus.

An innovator, the CGO will be results-oriented, using data to drive operational and financial rigor and excellence.  Ability to execute on and motivate a team around growth and sales targets, the CGO can communicate with direction to allocate planning and resources with the core business and end-user experience in mind.  Biased for action, the CGO prioritizes and inspires teams, while identifying and analyzing patterns with a sense of urgency and healthy sense of risk-taking.  The successful candidate will have proven experience growing both B2C and B2B businesses and understands growth engines at B2C and SaaS companies.

Innovative Brand Stewardship

As an ambassador of the Framework brand and sub-brands, such as Keep, the CGO understands partnerships are a cornerstone of our success and will build deep channel partnerships and strategies to expand and grow.  The CGO can compel and inspire a broad audience, building brand recognition across a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders. As a customer-centric leader, the CGO is a skilled negotiator and storyteller who can balance contractual obligations to core partners while identifying models towards revenue generation today in preparation for the strategic goals of tomorrow.
