About Big Brothers Big Sisters of America
Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (“BBBSA”) operates under the belief that inherent in every child is incredible potential. BBBSA meets a critical need: when children and teens have the influence of a caring adult, they are more likely to avoid risky behaviors and to focus on academics.
As the nation’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”) ages 5 through young adulthood in communities across the country.
This is a remarkable opportunity for an outstanding leader to join a well-regarded organization and lead a group of passionate and talented stakeholders in transforming the future of our children and the well-being of our communities nationwide.
The CEO will be responsible for carrying out BBBSA’s consistent achievement of its mission and strategic vision. The CEO will bring visionary leadership to all areas of BBBSA’s operations, providing oversight of the organization’s operations, culture, values, talent and financial performance.
Inspired by a genuine passion to deliver the great childhoods that all children deserve, the CEO will develop a clear vision for BBBSA’s next chapter in partnership with the Board of Directors.
