Koya partnered with RALLY, an issue-driven communications firm, on the appointment of  David Edwards as Director of People and Culture.

Edwards joins RALLY with over 10 years of experience in a variety of human resources and recruiting roles He has deep knowledge and practice of founding and building HR practices at numerous companies engaged in rapid growth.

In this role, Edwards leads RALLY’s People and Culture work, overseeing recruitment, selection, onboarding, RALLY’s mentorship program, and staff culture — supporting RALLY’s current phase of expansion.

Beyond Edwards’ expertise in HR business strategies, he also has experience in messaging, branding, and content creation for urban education organizations.

Edwards holds a BA from Williams College.
