Tiffani Brown was recently named Director of Program Strategy and Operations for School Food Focus, a national collaborative that leverages the procurement power of school districts to deliver more healthful, regionally sourced, sustainable food to school children across the country. She guides the organization’s program strategy and oversees the financial and human capital systems that support its work.
After starting her career as an educator, Tiffani has since held a variety of roles in education organizations that have enabled her to cultivate her expertise in program and operations management. She has spent more than a decade serving under-resourced communities through her work in the non-profit sector, traditional and charter public schools, and private post-secondary education. She has a deeply rooted passion for improving opportunities for all children, regardless of circumstance, and believes that schools are essential partners in building a healthy foundation from which every child can develop their full potential.
Tiffani earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. A native of Gary, Indiana, she now resides in New Jersey and enjoys losing track of time in her garden as often as possible.
