Shelby D. Boagni is a Human Resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles that require the ability to launch and drive Human Resources innovation and initiatives in alignment with the corporate mission. She is an energetic and collaborative leader who has led Human Resources and cross-functional teams through periods of both organizational contraction and growth.
An accomplished professional, Boagni possesses more than 25 years of progressive Human Resources experience. She has held executive level positions within industry leading companies including; The International House of Pancakes, LLC., The Home Depot, Mars, Inc., and McDonald’s Corporation. Most Recently, Boagni was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Essia Health.
In addition to Boagni’s deep and broad Human Resources experience, she also has a strong commitment to supporting and giving back to her community. As such, she spends a great deal of her personal time working with non-profit, philanthropic organizations raising funds to send children to college.
Boagni graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Howard University, and holds a Senior Certified Professional Certificate from the Society of Human Resource Management.
Boagni is the proud mother of one daughter Lindsay, who is currently a Law student at The George Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Gregory Boagni, a detective with the Los Angeles County Sherriff’s Department. The Boagnis reside in Los Angeles.
