Read the results of our joint endeavor here: From Intention to Action: Building Diverse Leadership Teams in Education to Deepen Impact.
This report from the field illustrates the gap between intention and action that exists today and offers a road map of recommendations that can help organizations in the education sector and beyond begin moving toward the diverse, inclusive teams that are required to do truly transformational work.
We believe the nonprofit sector requires a diverse workforce in order to continue developing and implementing relevant, innovative solutions that make the world a better place for all.
We commend the education organizations that participated in this survey for their commitment to advancing diversity as a critical human capital lever and we hope From Intention to Action will help drive the discussion around diversity from good intentions to measurable action.
