Here are a few of the roles we’ll be hiring for in our Chicago Office in 2018:
Consultants are integral team members who are talented project managers that provide key support to Search Leads—Managing Directors, Vice Presidents and Principals—and ensure that searches run smoothly, efficiently and result in the placement of top-tier candidates with Koya’s clients.
Principals are responsible for managing all aspects of the executive search process, including working closely with senior leaders in national and global nonprofits to understand their hiring needs, then leveraging the intellectual capital and research resources of the firm to identify top talent. Principals bring several years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate development.
Vice Presidents are responsible for serving as a team lead and managing all aspects of the executive search process, including working closely with senior leaders in national and global nonprofits to understand their hiring needs, then leveraging the intellectual capital and research resources of the firm to identify top talent. Vice Presidents are experienced in business development as well as being seasoned people managers, project managers and recruiters.
