Newburyport, MA, May 4, 2017 – Forbes has ranked Koya Leadership Partners number 21 of 250 top executive recruiting firms on its inaugural “America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms 2017” list.
In partnership with the analytics firm Statista, Forbes compiled the list after surveying thousands of recruiters, candidates/employees who have recent experience with recruiters, and HR managers. Respondents were asked to recommend up to 10 recruiting firms (excluding their own). Candidates and HR managers were also asked to evaluate firms on several factors, including quality of offered positions, quality of candidates, and quality of overall service. A total of 20,000 recommendations were gathered. Companies with the most recommendations and highest evaluations rank highest on the list.
“I’m so proud to have made this list. Our team at Koya is deeply mission-driven and committed to exceptional service, it’s wonderful to see that commitment recognized in the field,” said Koya Founder & CEO Katie Bouton. “I’m particularly proud of the fact that our firm is a woman-founded and led company with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. We are truly in the business of changing the world one placement at a time.”
